Starting out with a vision to lead a revolution in the field of digital printing in Korea, AlphaChem has now grown into a driving force, not only in the domestic market, but in the world market as well.

Regarding price policy, we lowered our costs by producing cheaper with similar quality compared with other products that pay expensive royalties to foreign printer manufacturers.

Regarding after sales service , we receive inquiries for 365 days/24 hours to serve customers promptly and properly as part of customer management at domestic and world sales offices including overseas branches. And our head office is running a customer service center for better service.
